EVENT FAQ’S

Is there parking available?

There is no parking at the venue or surrounding area. Your ticket includes round-trip transportation with women-owned, Austin Detours.

You have 3 options to get to the event.

1. Ride share drop off and pick up

2. Family/friend drop off and pick up

3. Austin Detours Shuttle

Shuttles will be departing from UT Elementary Charter School, 2201 Hidalgo Street, Austin 78702. There is free street parking and a parking lot with 50 spots available. Please do not park at Joe’s Bakery across the street, you will get towed.

Park and walk to the Gymnasium/Little Longhorns building. You will easily see the Austin Detours buses. Check in with your QR code or name, show your ID, and then jump on board the bus. Women-owned, Austin Detours will take you safely to your day of FUN!

Shuttles Times:

TO Austin Guitar Pool

Starting at 12:30 pm

Last shuttle: 6:00 pm

FROM Austin Guitar Pool

Starting at 2:00 pm

Last shuttle: 8:15 pm

Shuttles leave every 20-30 minutes.

Is the Venue Accessible for Wheelchair Users or people with Mobility Impairments?

Please be advised that this private property is not wheelchair accessible. There are stairs and uneven surfaces throughout the venue, making it challenging for individuals using wheelchairs or for those with mobility impairments. What is the allowed Bag Policy

• Small clutch purses and fanny packs that are 6" x 9" or smaller do not need to be clear, but can have no more than one pocket.

• All other bags larger than 6" x 9" must be smaller than 12" x 6" x 12" and clear.

Is there an age restriction for attending the event?

The event is 21 years of age and up. Identification will be required at check-in.

What food and drink options are available?

There will be food trucks with vegan and gluten-free options as well as Agua-Fresca and other snack items available for purchase. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available at no cost. Free water refill stations will be provided.

What bags are not allowed?

• Any bags that are NOT CLEAR bags and are larger than 12" x 6" x 12". Any Small clutch purses and fanny packs larger than 6"x9" and with more than 1 pocket. 

• Non clear bags will be searched.

What items are allowed and recommended?

• Identification

• Empty reusable see-through/clear water bottles

• Towels

• Phones

• Sunscreen

• Personal-sized hand sanitizer 

• Prescription medications

What items are NOT allowed?

• Outside food or beverage (including alcohol) of any kind

• Pets 

• Chairs

• Umbrellas

• Flagpoles

• Any bags that are NOT CLEAR bags and are larger than 24 x 12" x 24". Any Small clutch purses and fanny packs larger than 6"x9" and with more than 1 pocket. 

• Framed backpacks, multiple pocket backpacks and any pack that is not aligned with the allowed bags.

• Coolers of any kind. 

• Any professional video, photography or audio equipment. No video recording will be allowed

• Drones or any other remote flying device

• Hammocks

• Inflatables of any kind

• Glass containers of any kind

• Illegal and Illicit substances of any kind

• Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, wagons, carts, or any personal motorized vehicles

• Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind

• Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, giveaways, samples, etc.

• Weapons or explosives of any kind

• Fireworks

• Smoking and vaping are banned except in designated areas.   

• Carts of any kind (including Red Wagons)

• Music devices, speakers or other

• Frisbees

• Pool toys, games or inflatables

• Cars, there is no parking at the venue.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are not refundable. Tickets are transferable to another person. It is your responsibility to transfer your ticket to another person and the payment for your ticket. The person who has bought your ticket can mention your name at check-in and we will get them registered.

All women-identifying folks are welcome at our events, including trans, and non-binary people.
